Exhibition stand equipment
The equipment of the stand includes the rental and mounting of the standard stand equipment, power supply, company name on the fascia panel, carpeting, 1 table, 2 chairs, clothes hanger, waste basket, and a power outlet.

Advertising services
Participants can take advantage of all free services for exhibitors, such as posting information in the catalog, participating in the AGROS Innovation Award etc.

Terms of participation
The exhibitor of the Newcomer's Special Offer is not entitled to promote (advertise) other persons / organisations at the fair, incl. by means of placing advertising and information materials on the stand or the fascia panel, except for the promotion (advertising) of specific goods / services produced / performed / provided by other persons / organisations, and in respect of which the Exhibitor is an official representative / distributor / dealer. In the case of violation of this obligation, the exhibitor undertakes to pay the organiser a fine in the amount of 3 times the participation costs upon written request. One company can order one newcomer's stand only.
