MEDIA ACCREDITATION FOR AGROS-2025 & AGROTECH POTATO HORTI EXPO 2025
Dear journalists!
From January 22 to 24, 2025, one of the most authoritative events of the agro-industrial complex of Russia will take place in Moscow: The Crocus Expo IEC (Pavilions 1 and 2) will host the international exhibitions AGROS and AGROTECH Potato Horti Expo.
We deeply appreciate the cooperation with representatives of the press and their contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex and the AGROS exhibition. To be accredited for events, please read the terms and conditions below and use the form on this page. Please note that the press representative's badge is valid for admission to both exhibitions, so it is enough to fill out only one application.
Accredited journalists have the opportunity to visit exhibitions, events of its business program, a name badge and press materials in the press center.
We will be grateful for providing the organizers with copies of published materials about the exhibition or links to them. Applications for accreditation are accepted only from officially registered media outlets. Freelance journalists should send an appeal letter from the editor-in-chief of the media they represent to the press service of the exhibition.

Conditions of accreditation
1. Official registration of the media. Journalists of officially registered mass media are accredited for the event: periodicals, radio, television, video programs, news agencies, online publications or other forms of periodic dissemination of information.
2. The subject of the media. Media outlets that regularly publish materials on specialized topics of the event listed on our website, as well as news media with relevant thematic sections, can accredit their correspondents to the event.
3. Advertising managers, marketing and PR managers, heads of commercial departments and services do not receive accreditation for the event. They can attend the event on general terms and conditions as a visitor after passing the appropriate registration.
4. The reliability of the coverage of the event and the mandatory informing of the Organizer about the publication. A journalist accredited to the event must reliably cover the work and events of the event, and can only participate in open events at the project site or special events for the media. In case of publication of material about the event, an accredited journalist undertakes to inform the Organizer.
5. The Press Center has the right to refuse media accreditation to the event if:
- The media is a highly specialized publication whose profile does not correspond to the topic of the event;
- The application for accreditation was submitted after the deadline for accepting applications, or not in accordance with the established form, and/ or not in full form;
- The media has been accredited at previous events for three years, but has not published any material about the work of the event and/or its participants;
- At the time of filing the application, the media suspended or ceased its activities;
- The person who filled out the online application was not contacted by the contacts indicated in the application.
Attention! The organizer has the right to refuse accreditation and revoke accreditation during the event without explanation.
